Social Media Saved My Mental Health

Social media gets a bad rep but what if I told you that it helped save my mental health?

Ironically I missed mental health awareness day this month because I was trying to unplug from socials over my birthday and I do believe it’s important to always keep in mind our mental health as we live with it day to day whether it’s good or bad so in todays episode of the Chik Chat podcast, I’m sharing a bit more of my story and how turning 30 has had me in a very weird place mentally.
